Why this isn't your final quote

We can't give you a 100% exact number until your surgeon sees your case in your medical video consultation. Your final quote may move from this estimate based on additional studies your surgeon may need, your specific anatomy, or projected recovery time. Most patients land within 15% of what you're seeing here — we'd rather tell you that upfront than surprise you later.

About this procedure

- What is it?: A mastopexy removes excess skin and reshapes the breast tissue to lift the breasts and reposition the nipple, restoring a firmer, perkier shape using your own tissue.

- Who is it for?: Women with sagging (ptosis) after pregnancy, breastfeeding or weight loss who want a lift without changing size. If you also want more volume, ask about adding implants (augmentation).

- Recovery: Outpatient. Surgical bra for several weeks; desk work in ~1 week, full exercise around 4–6 weeks.

- Common Question: Lift or implants? A lift raises what you have; implants add volume. Many combine both, your surgeon advises in your video consultation.

- Price: Starting at $7,209 USD. Includes surgeon's fee, hospital and OR, anesthesia, and surgical bra.

Frequently asked questions about this procedure

Do I need implants?

No, a lift reshapes and raises your natural tissue. Implants add volume and are a separate option (augmentation) your surgeon can discuss if you also want to be larger.

Will there be scars?

Yes, but they're placed in discreet patterns (around the areola and below) and fade significantly over time. Your surgeon chooses the least-scarring technique for your degree of sag.

Do I need a recovery house?

Usually not, a breast lift is outpatient and most patients recover comfortably in a hotel. A recovery house is available as an option.
